The non-profit category covers everything from local government, to police, schools and charities.

Non-profit organisations are becoming more common and some people rely on them every day. Just because they don't make a profit doesn't mean they shouldn't provide first class customer care and service. On the contrary - many non-profits deal with the most sensitive of situations.
