Whether you are being treated by an NHS healthcare professional or you are enjoying a relaxing facial, why not write a review about your experience, for example, how long were you kept waiting for before your appointment and how did you feel when you left?

The Review Doctor recommends that before you go for a treatment, that you check whether your therapist carries the legal accreditations. Remember, your body is in there hands and some treatments can be dangerous if carried out by someone who is untrained. Human error is a fact of life however, sometimes errors can cause permanent damage or in some cases, even death.

If you are unhappy with a treatment you have received either because of bad customer care or the treatment itself try to speak to the practice manager before you leave and explain why you are disappointed. Most organisations will naturally want you to leave happy as they know how important a good reputation is.
